What this volume does

Understand the science.

Volume One gives you the foundation. It explains the language, shows you how evidence is graded and then uses the same clear system for every compound.

  1. 01
Peptides explainedWhat peptides are, how they send signals in the body and the key terms you need to know.
  2. 02
How to judge evidenceHow to tell the difference between a strong study, early research and an unsupported claim.
  3. 03
40 clear compound guidesThe same easy-to-follow format for approved medicines, drugs in trials and widely discussed research compounds.
  4. 04
GLP-1 medicines and new candidatesMajor approved medicines and new metabolic drugs, with their current approval or research status made clear.
  5. 05
Safety and unanswered questionsKnown risks, reasons a treatment may not be suitable and the important gaps in current knowledge.

Easy to use

Easy to scan. Easy to understand.

Each page clearly shows the evidence, approval status, safety issues and what is still unknown.

PEPTIDES DECODED · SAMPLE PAGE

The main idea, in one sentence.

Each chapter starts with a short explanation, then covers how the compound works, what human studies show, its approval status, safety concerns and unanswered questions.

B

Check the evidence first.

The book checks how a peptide works, what human studies show, whether it is approved and what the safety concerns are.

Author’s note

Clear answers without pretending we know everything.

“I built Peptides Decoded because readers deserve a reference that can say both ‘this is supported’ and ‘we do not know yet’ with equal confidence. The aim is not to promote peptide use or frighten people. It is to make the evidence, the limits and the real risks easier to see.”

The method, in plain view

How to read the grades

These grades describe evidence maturity. Approval, product identity, safety and personal suitability remain separate questions.

Grade A: Established
Mature, replicated human evidence and/or a well-defined approved-product evidence base.
Grade B: Good / supported
Substantial human evidence with meaningful remaining limitations.
Grade C: Emerging
A credible signal, usually from smaller, earlier or context-specific human evidence.
Grade D: Preliminary
Predominantly preclinical, indirect or very limited human evidence.
Grade E: Insufficient / unverified
Evidence is absent, unsuitable for the claim, or the product itself cannot be verified.

Research and its limits stay together, including what has not been established. A grade is not a treatment recommendation or a guarantee of personal benefit.

Questions, answered with context.

Does a high peptide evidence grade mean it is right for me?

No. The grade describes evidence maturity. Product quality, regulatory approval, safety and personal suitability are separate questions.

Can animal research establish a benefit in people?

No. Animal and mechanistic research can support a hypothesis, but the book does not present it as proof of a human clinical outcome.

Which evidence does Volume One prioritize?

The source hierarchy prioritizes regulator-approved labels and decisions, safety communications, trial registries, systematic reviews and primary human research.
