This guarantee relates to the usefulness of the educational product. It does not guarantee symptom relief, treatment success, or any particular medical outcome.

This voluntary guarantee is additional to, and does not limit, any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
Change of mind
Because these are digital products delivered immediately, change-of-mind refunds are not normally available after files have been accessed or downloaded.
Faulty, incomplete or misdescribed files
This policy does not exclude any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law. If a file is faulty, incomplete, cannot be accessed, or is materially different from its description, contact us so we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy.
How to request help
Email admin@decodedpress.com with your name, order number, purchase email address and a short description of the problem. Screenshots or the name of the affected file can help us resolve technical issues more quickly.
Available remedies
Depending on the issue and your applicable legal rights, a remedy may include replacement access, a corrected file, technical assistance or a refund. Approved card refunds are processed through Stripe.
Unauthorised sharing
Refunds are not available because a customer no longer wants the publication after successfully receiving it. This does not affect non-excludable consumer rights relating to faulty or misdescribed products.
