1. About these terms
These terms apply when you purchase a Decoded Press digital publication. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms together with the terms presented by our checkout provider.
2. Seller and payment processing
Decoded Press publishes and supplies the digital content. Checkout and digital delivery are provided through Payhip, with card payments processed by Stripe. Review the total and any applicable taxes shown at checkout before paying. Your payment is also subject to the checkout provider’s terms and privacy information.
3. Products and prices
Products are supplied in the formats stated on the product page, normally a designed PDF and a reflowable EPUB. Prices are displayed in Australian dollars unless the checkout states otherwise. Where shown, applicable GST is included.
4. Delivery
After successful payment, download access is provided through the Payhip confirmation page or receipt email. You are responsible for supplying a valid email address and retaining access to your order receipt.
5. Personal-use licence
Your purchase gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and use the files for your own personal or internal professional reference.
- You may store the files on devices you personally use.
- You must not upload the files to public or shared repositories.
- You must not resell, redistribute, sublicense or share copies with others.
- You must not remove copyright, authorship or publisher notices.
6. Educational content
Decoded Press publications provide general educational information. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescribing instructions or a substitute for care from a qualified health professional. Please read the Medical and Educational Disclaimer before relying on any information.
7. Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
